PTIR Studio analysis software

PTIR Studio software is the heart of the mIRage platform that controls the instrument, performs the user desired measurements and provides analysis and data displays for multimodal spectroscopy, imaging and microscopy.

Discover new insights from your data with PTIR Studio

The mIRage platform is driven by PTIR Studio, an advanced software platform designed for seamless operation and data analysis with the mIRage and mIRage-LS microscopes, integrating microscope control, data acquisition, and in-depth analysis into a unified interface.

The software enables precise instrument control, including laser tuning, imaging parameters, and sample alignment, ensuring users can optimize their experimental setup effortlessly. Its intuitive design allows for the acquisition of high-resolution chemical imaging and spectroscopy data through Optical Photothermal Infrared (O-PTIR) multi-modal technology.

PTIR Studio also features robust analytical tools for reviewing and processing acquired data. Users can generate detailed chemical maps, conduct spectral analysis, and overlay multimodal datasets with ease. Advanced visualization options, including 3D rendering and customizable color maps, enhance data interpretation and presentation.

The software supports batch processing and automation for streamlined workflows, making it ideal for research in materials science, life sciences, and other fields requiring nanoscale chemical characterization. Compatibility with standard data formats ensures interoperability with third-party analysis tools, while regular updates provide access to the latest features and enhancements.

PTIR software seamlessly integrates capabilities such as co-located O-PTIR and Fluorescence and simultaneous sub-micron IR and Raman measurements.

PTIR studio works with optional software features such as KNOWITALL software and micro-ChemID feature compatible with featurefindIR with data export available for use in 3rd party packages.

With PTIR Studio, researchers can harness the full potential of mIRage and mIRage-LS microscopes and multi-modal technology, achieving unparalleled insights into the composition and structure of their samples.
